• Log into your account

You need to be logged in to your Scentchips NZ account to access your points balance.

• Open the Smile launcher

Click the Smile widget/button, usually the small icon in the corner of your screen, to open your rewards panel.

• Redeem for a discount

Choose to redeem your points for a discount coupon (e.g. 100 points= $1 off), then click "Redeem" to generate a unique discount code.

• Copy and apply the code

Copy the code from the Smile panel and paste it into the discount code field at checkout.

• Complete your purchase

The discount is applied to your order total.

A few things to note:

• Customers must be logged in - points aren't accessible as a guest.
• The redemption option only appears if you have enough points to meet your minimum threshold.
• If you have free sample or other discount logic running, stacking discounts may affect eligibility.
