Returns & Refunds Policy
- Scentchips does not accept unauthorised returns.
- If your warmer is damaged, we will be happy to replace it.
- Please contact our office for information on getting a credit or replacement.
- Damages must be reported within 10 days of receipt of package.
- Scentchips does not accept returns on custom blends.
- If you are unhappy with a pre-made blend, you may send it back and we will send you a replacement.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.
