Scentchips does not accept unauthorized returns. If your warmer is damaged, we will be happy to replace it. Please contact our office  for information on getting a credit or replacement.

Damages must be reported within 10 days of receipt of package. Scentchips does not accept returns on custom blends. If you are unhappy with a pre-made blend, you may send it back and we will send you a replacement. Customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.
